Most noteworthy however was that the city had work to do (remove a stump) before Fred could return and complete the job (sidewalk replacement). The city took more than 2 months to do their part; thruout Fred stayed in touch and upon their completion promptly scheduled when he would return. Thx Fred for all your support!"
