The installation was was completed by Parris Houchins & Bug Boyd. They did excellent work and were very careful not to break up the tile floor. We are so pleased with the work that they did. "We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. "Jeff (the owner) came by to assess a crack I had seen in my foundation. He told me that it wasn't actually a crack in the foundation but a crack in some superficial cement that was smeared over the actual foundation and is just a cosmetic problem that doesn't need to be dealt with. He gave me some advice and recommendations for some gutter work and didn't charge me a dime. 
I really do appreciate the honesty because I really hate getting a sales pitch. I'd recommend this company to anyone who is looking for someone to give an honest assessment and I trust them to do honest work if I ever need it in the future
