"We've hired Zereski Plumbing a few times now and every time Pete and his team have done an outstanding job and unlike several other plumbers we've come across over the years Pete is highly responsive - and the thing I like most is if he cannot accept a job because he's busy, he tells you, and doesn't leave you hanging. Additionally Pete and his team are thoughtful in their approach and conscientious. Highly recommend. Will hire again."

"Went very well definitely going to hire again for any issues that might arise"

"They were excellent to work with giving us a complete detailed estimate for each of our 3 projects including all of our allowances. Including agreed upon payments schedules for each. They communicated schedules and any adjustment to those schedules, which were all minor. They cleaned at the end of each day of work to keep the dirt down to a minimum. As we did 3 different projects, each with their own contract, if we had not been happy with the first or second we obviously would have not continued to work with them. Friends of ours recommended Superior K&B and we are completely satisfied with their work, including their selected sub-contractors."

"We hired Flash Painters to do the job and were very pleased with the outcome. They were pleasant, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend this family run business."

"Paul was incredibly professional. He gave me a very competitive quote and completed the job just as he said he would. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone in the area looking for tank repair and replacement."

"Rob provided a good price that was $1000 less than the contractor that had attempted to complete the underground plumbing previously.  Rob fix his plumbing mistake, was very punctual and worked with me on the overall design."

"Very well. They were on time both times, first when taking the initial measurements and later for the installation. They made helpful recommendations, particularly regarding back splashes and the sink, that made the end product better than expected."

"I had an emergency at my house and called them out in the am and they came that afternoon. The technician Lewis did everything possible and thoroughly to resolve the issue. The price never changed and I was happy about that!"

"The above described work was done over a period of 3 years. During that time the quality of the work has been very good, project costs very reasonable, and schedules adherence excellent.
While painting the exterior of my house, a large section of rotted siding / fraing was uncovered. The unexpected repairs were done quicly, efficiently, without any change order mark-ups, all as part of the project.
Replacing the windows at the church property required gaining access to 2 units rented out to 3rd parties. There wwere never any issues raised about costs / schedule delays that may have been impacted due to the need to coordinate with the tenants. Replacing all of the siding on the church owned apartment building (done in a historic district) was done professionally, with high levels of concern for safety (both for the workers and the public in the vicinity of the work area), cleanliness, and proper execution of the work.
Working with Ivaldo is more of a partnership where the goal of completing the job is considered paramount, not the profit at the end of the work. When applicable, Ivaldo has also offered alternative means of completing a given task which will cost the owner less, thus less income for Escala, but as I tried to indicate earlier it seems the "relationship" is more important to Ivaldo than short term profits.

"Owner and his crew are impressive. The professional equipment coupled with the determination required to return old sewer lines to working order in the most adverse conditions make Sure Flow the only rooter service I will ever call. I’m also increasingly impressed with there courteous staff and response time. This is a family owned business big enough to handle the toughest jobs but small enough to care about results."
