"Had old washer trouble. Bill came out within the hour. Great guy. Diagnosed issue quickly and instead of trying to sell me a new switch did a wiring work around. Also took a quick look at a broken icemaker. He also gave some unrelated advice. He saw a bunch of empty Amazon boxes I had stored in my basement and warned me they could contain roaches which is something I would never have thought of. Great experience. Highly recommend"

"Very pleased. I requested service through Angie's List on a Friday night from a number of companies. Affordable Appliance called me on Saturday and scheduled a technician for Monday. They came on Monday and diagnosed the issue quickly. Unfortunately the needed part is discontinued. I really appreciated that the technician seemed bummed that he couldn't fix it for us."
