He is always on time, explains work thoroughly, he's neat about his appearance and how he handles the work environment. Kyle is personable and pleasant.Highest recommendation. Keeping us up to date, starting/completing the work on time, etc. The crew were super clean throughout the project. They even hooked up everything and reprogrammed my ecobee3 smart connected thermostats. Jason spent an hour on the phone with me about the unit and i know any of them would stop by if we needed more help. We were worried about what we heard about the noise factor with high velocity units and these guys take great care to design the lengths and add sound-dampening material to the last 3 feet of the vents. The whole system is super impressive. Couldn't recommend them highly enough."

Their communication is outstanding from Michelle's initial visit and proposals through tank delivery by Corey and most centrally through all of Steve's installation work and coordination with inspectors, electricians and me. "I called NRG Management and talked to Andrew around 9:30 AM, he was in my town by 11:00 AM. My heating system had seen the end of a 30 year run, and my family was without hot water. Andrew gave me a price for the job completed that beat any of the other companies quotes, I checked reviews and I felt comfortable to do business with Andrew and NRG. Andrew said he would be over by 7:00 PM to do the install, after he finished his workday.
