"We love our new Installer Jake from Pure Temp Heating & Cooling and our new AC & Heating System he installed that can be adjusted through the Phone APP. Jake was very knowledgeable and did everything he said he would do. Thanks Jake, for Your Home Services and your Service in the Military."

"Kyle P. did all the water related services. Last year he installed a water softener tank and this year installed a sediment filter and UV tank as well as an arsenic treatment tank. He is always on time, explains work thoroughly, he's neat about his appearance and how he handles the work environment. Kyle is personable and pleasant.Highest recommendation. This company installed the ductless midi's in our home 3 years ago and in every aspect they are fantastic."

"Steve was great to work with! He responded to my inquiry promptly, researched and picked up the needed parts before he arrived, and resolved the issue the same day. In addition, he was very knowledgeable and honest. He fixed our central air unit within an hour and focused on a less costly repair rather than trying to sell us an expensive replacement unit. I would highly recommend him to friends and family!"

"We could not have been more pleased. We needed to replace our first floor AC, which is a split-type ductless system, about 17 years old. We had an idea of what the cost would be from an online site: [*** Link removed ***] We got 4 bids, 3 from A rated Angie's List contractors to install a Mitsubishi system (top of the line). Except for one, which was off the charts, the bids weren't that far apart. While Unique was not the lowest bid, we chose them for three reasons: (1) Jason (their rep) was the most savvy about the Mass Save and Mass CEC Air Source rebates, which were quite significant (he handled all the rebate paperwork for us); (2) Unique was able to do the job in a week; and (3) Unique included all the electric work into the total bid (rewiring was required). The installation team (John and Quinn) was excellent. It took them a day and half, They were quiet, neat, professional, highly respectful of our homes and proud of their work. We had worried that they would have to remove wooden ductwork which had been recently painted, but they managed to snake the new hoses through the existing ductwork without disturbing anything. Unique had an electrical contractor on site who replaced the breakers on our electrical panel, installed a higher capacity wire from the panel to the AC system, and replaced the cutoff switch on the outside. We were quite pleased with Unique's work, and would definitely recommend them to others."

"Through the several steps of getting this generator project done Palmer was on time and on task always. Their communication is outstanding from Michelle's initial visit and proposals through tank delivery by Corey and most centrally through all of Steve's installation work and coordination with inspectors, electricians and me. Two weeks later first power outage and everything worked like a charm. I just started with Palmer four months ago and added oil delivery and service to my generator work and I've been pleased with everything in the office and field. Very grateful."

"Granite State Refrigeration services did an excellent job with my Mini Split install. I called the owner for a quote and he was very responsive and prompt. When at my house he explained my options based on my needs, wants and budget. He was also very knowledgeable about the products that he installs. I hired him pretty much immediately and he worked around my hectic schedule to have the unit in and running as soon as possible. I feel like a got a quality unit for a fair price and install went smooth.. I would recommend Granite State refrigeration to anyone who needs this type of service."

"Matthew responded very quickly to my call and showed up promptly thereafter. He was very professional and worked diligently to get my boiler working again and the heat restored to my home. He was able to diagnose the problem rather quickly and fixed the issue, even going so far as to explain many of the parts he had to replace and made me feel very comfortable that my unit was running efficiently when it was all done. I would highly recommend NexGen Aire and plan to call Matthew again for future issues. Fast, efficient, and affordable."
