"The service is good. They will answer all the question you have nicely. Come on time, and clean up nicely after the work is done. However, the only complaint is that they came and look at the location to mount the TV (on tile), and said it has no problem to install, but after they called Art (the boss), Art told them that the tile will be cracked due to there is a gap between the tile and wall, and they said they could not do the job. I appreciated that they told us in advance that there is a chance of cracking the tile, however, my complaint is that the two pros that came did not realize that until they called and asked Art. To me, they are not experience enough. Overall service was good."
