"04-02-2025: Olshan was very expert from the beginning to completion. Including initial evaluation, navigating choices, quoting, scheduling, implementation, post measurement & cleanup. Tunneling is chosen over concrete break out in the living spaces: this choice worked out well with these considerations: no upset / moving (or move out), no storage rental, customer time & labor needed. For this 1977 3-2-2, discovery is made in both the sewer & water lines: the 50 YO cast iron pipes failed a pressure test & tunneling reveals pinholes in the hot & cold water lines. Partnered w/ Olshan was KMP Plumbing, all of which were successful in leveling the foundation, replacing sewer & water lines. "I contracted Select Landscaping to sod my backyard as well as do some stone work (stone edging around flower bed and tree ring). Everything was transparent and went well. The owner, Derek, is friendly and courteous. The day of the work went well. His crew did a great job on the sod install. The flower bed and tree ring looked great. However, I had noticed that the tree ring and flower bed edging were missing those drainage holes that should be drilled into them and lined with PVC piping to allow proper drainage. When I mentioned it to Derek he was apologetic and said he would fix it. We were also discussing how the sprinkler system should be modified to change the spread of the sprinkler heads to better cover the yard. He mentioned that they also do sprinkler servicing. I agreed to the price he said would do that job for and we agreed he could come out to handle the sprinkler and then fix the drainage on stone edging at the same time sometime in the future since this was getting to be very late in the day. I will explained that I was going to be out of town for a week or so and we could schedule it for when I got back. After I returned from the trip I reached out and we scheduled a time to do the sprinklers. However storms ended up coming in and preventing it from happening. We then communicated several more times and he would give vague timeframes like “late next week” as a possibility. However every time it got closer to “late next week” something would usually come up like bad weather and he would ask to delay it again. Now the last 2-3 times I’ve contacted him he would give a more specific date and then not contact me again as the date got closer. One of those times he mentioned having a family issue arise and he was unable to do it as a result (to which I was sympathetic and fine with). However, we scheduled again since then and he once again did not show up. And when followed up via text he doesn’t respond. I have 6 texts over 4 days and none have been answered. 2 were direct responses to a question he asked, then one was to confirm that he was coming later that day. Then another asking if the day after since he never showed. Then another 2 just asking what happened and when we can reschedule. One thing to note is that I get “read” receipts on my messages and it shows that they have been read. At any rate. The initial install was great, albeit missing drainage on the flower bed and tree ring. But the follow up has been pretty bad."

"I spent months getting multiple estimates for my home foundation. I had some relatively sudden movement due to poor soil, erosion and drainage. The problem attracted as many different solutions to fixing as the number of companies that came out to assess it. Then I called TX Foundation experts. Ben came out and gave me an honest assessment. Doors work perfectly, windows are caulked, bricks don't have cracks anymore, drainage is fixed and I can go on. The responsiveness and customer service were the best you can ask for. Bottom line, I place great value in companies that do good business. They do good business!!!! "The regular foreman was out sick that day so this kid Blake ramrodded the lift, he didn't seem to know what was going on. They broke two water pipes I found out after they left. Now 5 years later they wont honor the warranty .The piers they installed are sinking and the back of the house is now 2.1 inches down. They blamed it on the engineer(whom they recommended) and said he did not evaluate it correctly according to Blake and failed to design enough pilons to support the house now I’m back where I started from. Now they want another 10 grand to do it again! Life time guarantee my ***! I had multiple other companies measure the house for me and their pilons are sinking and when Blake came out and remeasured, his numbers are different (no surprise) than the latest measurements from other vendors. He said they need to redo all the same pylons they already have done once before for another 10,000!!! Some nerve! Blaming the failure on me because they didn't get the final report from the city of Denton, again my fault. Hope you warn people about this company, they are great till you need some warranty work.******* If you get your foundation worked on make sure you get a water sys pressure check BEFORE they raise the house that way you know if they break pipes during the lift. If it passed before and fails after then they broke something! They always only do this test after so they can tell you "It was that way before". Better luck to you!"
