I was told they mainly do fireplaces and do not provide this service but recommended Jeffrey. Jeffrey contacted me within 30 min, on the Saturday afternoon before Memorial Day! A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us. Jeffrey communicated his ETA, kept me informed throughout the repair process, which was quick and successful. He was very personable and we felt comfortable having him in our home. It was reassuring to know there are people willing to go out of their way to help, especially on a holiday weekend! Because of them, we celebrated on Memorial Day the way we had hoped."

During the bid process, he was very communicative, explained things to me in ways that I could understand them and was exceptionally kind in calming my worries. We needed a few downspouts installed, some gutters re-leveled, a small strip of awful PVC gutter replaced and several leaky corners fixed. The cost for the work was more than reasonable and getting an itemized bid and invoice is great.
