"In response to a request for someone to repair my Weber gas grill thru Angi’s list, I was contacted by Plano Masonry and Chimney. I was told they mainly do fireplaces and do not provide this service but recommended Jeffrey. Jeffrey contacted me within 30 min, on the Saturday afternoon before Memorial Day! A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us. Jeffrey communicated his ETA, kept me informed throughout the repair process, which was quick and successful. He was very personable and we felt comfortable having him in our home. It was reassuring to know there are people willing to go out of their way to help, especially on a holiday weekend! Because of them, we celebrated on Memorial Day the way we had hoped."

They had all the materials delivered the day before their workers started work on the roof which was great that the materials didn’t sit for any length of time. Talbert had a large crew that showed up at 7:00am and got the job done in one day. They worked until dark to finish the roof. I would highly recommend Talbert Construction to perform any roofing needs you might have."

"Needed the top several rows of brick on my fireplace replaced and a vent cap added.  Master Services was recommended to me by a roofing contractor and I contacted them through Angie's List.  Got a response indicating that my town was not too far from them and they would be happy to help.  They supplied a phone number for me to call the office to make an appointment.  I called the office and but after being put on hold the office person came back on the line and told me I am out of their service area.  I told her that I received an Angie's list response indicating they could help and she responded that they would have to correct that. <br /> I wanted to rate them a C but Angie's Lst wouldn't let me. <br />"

"I called and left a message with English Chemistry Svc indicating my needs.  Mr. Wyatt called me back the following week.  He explained everything he would do and an estimate of what it would cost, depending on the size of the cap I would need.  He arrived on time and discovered that I actually only needed a screen and not a cap, so the price was lower than expected.  He pointed out things about my fireplace that did not need additional work done, but he wanted to make me aware.  He did an awesome job cleaning up and putting things back where they were around the fireplace.  I am pleased with English Sweep's service and will definitely use for future chimney and dryer vent needs. <br />"
