"Company was great from start to finish. We love our new pool. Highly recommend"

"The company is excellent. The owner came initially and explained everything that was needed for the pool. Communicating with them was easy. The workers on the job were efficient and hardworking. They called and informed when the workers were coming."

"Prime pools did an amazing job renovating my pool. New plaster and tile and a thorough cleaning has it looking like a brand new pool and ready for the season. They were prompt with responses, answered all my questions, and did an overall wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family."

"Went Great! Very professional and on time. Price very reasonable. Will use again. Highly recommend."

"Early in 2012 heavy rains caused the liner to bubble.  The installer advised we push the liner back in place with our pool brush...near to impossible.  We ended up with wrinkles and leaks.  That was the only help we got from the installer.  In August, 2013, we decided something had to be done since we had fixed 10 leaks between November 2012 and August 2013 and were having to add water for 30 - 45 minutes at least every other day.  The original installer offered that a liner reset could be done but may or may not work.  The other alternative was a new liner, so we got a quote from him.  It was higher than the original installation in June 2011.
We decided to check Angie's list to see if there was anyone else with good reviews that would give use an estimate.  We chose Calvary Custom Pools.  As soon as the conversation started, we were pretty sure we'd like to work with them.  Jon Waltz was very personable in phone conversation and ably addressed our concerns and questions.  His estimate was significantly lower than the original installer's quote.
The day before installation, a pump was installed by Calvary Custom Pools to drain the pool.  The next day, Jon and his assistant, Luke, were here right on time and had the job done quickly and efficiently.  There was significant algae under the old liner which had to be removed before they could install the new one.  They kept things picked up and left our place without a trace!  We had a couple of ladder steps to replace, and Jon installed them as a favor.  Any communication initiated by us, a good part by phone texting, was promptly responded to.
We would highly recommend Calvary Custom Pools.

"Responsive and professional. Subs out phases of construction but construction manager stays on top of things. Very few concerns throughout the build. Been three years and we still love our beautiful pool."

"Excellent! Brian makes sure that the customer is 100% satsified with the outcome. In addition, he clearly explained all the steps along the way. Definitely recommend!"

"So far, I love it."

"I was nervous taking on a big project like this. With Mike, I knew exactly what to expect and didn’t feel pressured or misled. That’s saying a lot when it comes to a big project like this! It turned out beautifully and has all the features we wanted for a fair price. Can’t live in Texas without a pool. But don’t get a pool unless you’re hiring these guys."

"Great work by Carlos and his whole team. Our family was not so knowledgeable about our options and could have easily been ripped off , but this is where the professionalism in premier stood out the most. Gave us all of our options before any work was done which saved us a substantial amount of money ( especially before the holidays. ) I would give Premier 11/10 if possible. By the way we love our pool can’t wait to use it !"
