"This all went very smoothly. Eric, owner of the company, and a partner, were very courteous, punctual, and careful with all the furnished surroundings. They took off their shoes upon entering the house, so as not to dirty any floors. They had to remove a huge two-piece water softening unit with one piece weighing about 200 pounds or so. Eric and his partner were very careful to slowly move the unit so as to not bump or mar any walls, doors, or woodwork. We really appreciated this-- as this unit was back in the basement and they had to move it upstairs and across a foyer to our front door.
