We had a pretty tight budget and Tyson was happy to coordinate with us on portions of the project that we could handle such as priming, painting, and light fixture installation in order to help keep costs down. His communication was always prompt and professional, the subcontractors he hired performed excellent work, and the entire project exceeded our expectations and gave us a wonderful living space for guests. "Very quick on finishing project. Was higher bid than other submits and was expecting higher quality structure. Mainly moved up to 6x6 cedar posts for the acceptance of heavy duty hinges to reduce gate sag. Also did a standard build to gate where I feel a triple rail boxed gate would of alleviated the strength and sag issues. Reason for drop of a star. Miscommunication as to expectations with this project. I needed to be more direct to Troy on what was expected. Great job for what was accomplished. Drop of a star mostly due to Gate Sag and will have to be re-worked within a year to address construction issues but, overall the intoxicating smell of fresh cedar can't be enjoyed enough. Thx Troy."
