"We had Advance perform an annual inspection and maintenance on our A/C unit. They did a good job cleaning and servicing the unit. What really got them an A-grade however is that while they were at our house to service our main unit for the upstairs, we mentioned that our other A/C unit, which supplies the downstairs, hadn't been working for awhile. They took it upon themselves, free of charge, to look at the other unit and they were able to get it going again. They even went as far as servicing the other unit. Again, without charging us an additional charge."

I started calling repair places after five fifteen pm and John was the only one who spoke with me directly and made an appointment with me for Friday. John said he would call me between three and five pm to let me know he was on the way and he called me right around three thirty. He let me know he would be at my house in the next thirty minutes and he arrived within that timeframe. John knew immediately what was the issue with the refrigerator and had the problem corrected within 15 minutes. He tested the refrigerator to make sure it was performing properly and gave us a few tips on how to keep the problem from occurring again.  John is very personable and we plan to recommend him when our customers ask about appliance issues!
