"Paul was very prompt, efficient, and helpful with installing a water line hookup for our new fridge on short notice. He took the time to explain everything he set up so that we understood how it all works for the future, and also helped provide guidance on other aspects of our home outside the scope of this project. We will definitely be contacting him for future plumbing needs."

"We called Joe after 2 different plumbers failed to unclog our drain with snaking and wall needed to be removed to expose the pipes. The estimates they were proposing were to high to even consider. We called Joe and explained our situation. He came the same day to assess the situation and gave us reasonable estimate. He came back next day and solved our problem without any extra charges over the estimate."

"This company was very professional and easy to work with. They came and hooked up the water line for the ice maker in our new fridge/freezer. They worked very hard and of course the power went out! They were able to do the job anyway."

"TPK LLC did an amazing job unclogging my kitchen drain. They were professional, quick, and got everything flowing perfectly again. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"I suspected a toilet might be leaking into our flooring, so I asked if a technician would come out to the house and run a camera through the toilet line to look for a leak (a service many plumbers do not offer). We are nearly an hour from the office and outside the service area, but the office manager spoke to the owner and he agreed. The technician came, inspected the area and toilet, and then said that he was sure the problem wasn't the toilet. He made other suggestions for how we can diagnose the leak (which don't result in money for his company). He did not charge for the service call! Truly an unusual and positive experience."

"We had a sewer line blockage emergency, and the JSP plumber (Damon) responded immediately and provided a same-day estimate. The work was completed a few days later, as scheduled and described, but was very much on the pricey side (the reason for the 3.5 value rating). Damon and his assistant were highly competent and professional, and did excellent work. We might have negotiated a better price and pursued competing offers, but given the "emergency" nature of the problem we went with JSP. I would certainly recommend them to others, with the caution that getting additional quotes might be wise."
