"I saw an average high window review when I selected them but should have looked at all the available reviews out there. Should have checked google reviews. I regret that I didn't check closely. It took more than 1 year to finish 7 windows. project $14,200, and for that price I would expect perfect/flawless completion. it took 4 months or so from when we signed contract and paid downpayment before the first 6 windows were completed, but the 7th was broken in shipment. rather than expediting this order, we waited till it was september again to finally get it. but the other part of our ticket involved the screens for our sliding windws. The molding that goes between these windows was missing on one of the windows, and the one they provided for our other is whilte. They pressured me to pay the rest of the outstanding balance today so I did. and have no recourse except to write these reviews to get it resolved. They don't care about their customers I'd be willing to change my value if/when they make my order right. I have photos. I don't see anythihng so far in the review process to post my photos."

We had all the windows replaced plus the slider took out and replaced with French doors on the patio, had new siding and rock waist coat on the front, and they covered and enlarged our patio. The communication with Erik and his crew (Jacob, Brett, Perry and Ramsay) was great. Erik pretty much told us everyday what was being done and what to expect. The crew worked on the house like it was their's and were perfectionists. They became almost like family. We definitely would recommend New Look Siding to anyone wanting to upgrade or give their existing home a face lift."
