Instead, he had somebody drop off 2 beat up nasty spray paint cans for us as a customer to fix ourselves.. Don’t think so after your company got paid to do a job and failed. "My experience with Flame Furnace today was excellent. Had an air duct cleaning company out today and after their job was done, the furnace would not work. The home temp was down to 52 degrees. Called Flame and they sent out Brad, who was absolutely awesome. He did a diagnostic evaluation and determined it was a loose wire, most likely due to the air duct vacuums and hoses. Anyway, he reattached the wire and the furnace is back up and running fine. Thank you, Flame Furnace for your quick response and sending out such a capable and professional employee. "
