They left no debris and completed the job in about 6 hours. The cost was exactly on estimate and that happened to be about half the previous estimates I got from other service providers. "I called them and spoke to chris who sent out a service tech within 45 minutes.  The tech was clean, efficient and professional.  he was able to complete the job with minimal disruption to the sink and cleaned up thouroughly after he was done,  in all, a great experience and well worth the cost since no cuts had to be made to my walls.  I will definately use them again in the future for any clog that is beyond a regular plumbing company.

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
