"We recently had our siding done by Gunner Roofing and can’t say enough good things. We had our consultation with Andrew and he was honest, not pushy, and even enthusiastic about the project. He was patient and answered multiple rounds of questions to make us feel as comfortable and secure as possible. When we decided to give the siding project to them, they worked with us step by step. We received line item details, mock ups, and were even able to get their own personal/professional input on decisions. Andrew and Joe Massari went over the project with us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. They stayed professional, reliable, and communicative during the whole process. "It went well. We had to contact them to get scheduled even though the advertisement through Angie's list said they would get back to us by Thursday after we purchased the service. Then Angie's list contacted them. They got back to us by Friday. <br /> We were hoping the person would show up closer to 8 am since we needed to leave at 9:30. We had asked this 2 times to the person making the appointment and she made it sound as though the person would be there at 8am, but he did not get to us until a little before 9 am. We managed to get the entire appointment in, but we were rushed and ran late. We may use them in the future. We are still reviewing for other prices. They want $2,000+ to replace 14 layers of brick on our chimney. <br /> We ended up using them for the chimney repair. Frank came out and did the repair. The chimney work is beautiful. He repaired the bricks and replaced the inside flu at the top. He is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I would recommend working with Frank for sure.  We are thinking of looking at an insert and working with Frank. <br /> <br />"

"We had a kitchen that needed to have more light but my husband was hesitant on putting skylights in because he was afraid of leaking.  Mike Melara explained how the skylight systems work today and reassured him.  We had them put in on 5/3/2013 and are very happy with all the light we now have.  The 3 days of rain we recently had was a good test and my husband is iust as happy as I am with them.   Mike has done several things for us over the years, including roof repairs, and gutters.  He is always very neat, trustworthy, personable and a pleasure to have do our work.  It is very reassuring to know if we ever have a problem, he would be there to take care of it.  I do not hesitate to recommend him..Sky <br />"

"John was very thorough and helpful. He came out on a Saturday to look at everything (on very short notice) and came back on Sunday to do the sweep and fix our cap. He is very honest and didn't make us do any unnecessary sweeps or replace our chimney cap that was damaged. He fixed the chimney cap instead, saving us money. He even replaced our broken light bulb in our flood light as he was up on the roof anyhow. He showed up when he said he would and notified us via text when he was on his way. Great communication. He cleaned up after he was done. I highly recommend Royal Chimney."

"We couldn't be happier with the work, craftmanship of both Joe and Loren. The first order of buisness was to pack and move the entire contents of our family room downstairs to a pod in the driveway. They swept and cleaned the floor, then prepared the walls for painting. We sought advice for colors and they gave helpful  input. They did an excellent job painting.  <br /> They had to take a ceiling to floor bookshelf off the wall in the office. They also had to remove the paneling from the office and install new dry wall. After painting the walls, they reinforced the bookshelf when they installed it to make it sturdier.  <br /> In the garage, they had to remove water damaged dry wall. They replaced and painted the dry wall.  <br /> So far we are extremely happy with their professionalism and quality of work. <br />"

"All good. Curt's estimate was reasonable, although he warned that we might have to wait a bit as he was busy. But all we wanted was drywall hung quickly with little finish work, and he made time during off-hours and a weekend day. He recommended against our plan (using ply) since it was an unsafe solution (no thermal barrier) and would violate code (we didn't care, but good to know and we felt a bit safer doing it that way). Curt is a pleasant, knowledgable guy, and did good work; we have no complaints and will be happy to hire him again. And we made the deadline."
