We are nearly an hour from the office and outside the service area, but the office manager spoke to the owner and he agreed. The technician came, inspected the area and toilet, and then said that he was sure the problem wasn't the toilet. He made other suggestions for how we can diagnose the leak (which don't result in money for his company). He did not charge for the service call! Truly an unusual and positive experience."

The work was completed a few days later, as scheduled and described, but was very much on the pricey side (the reason for the 3.5 value rating). Damon and his assistant were highly competent and professional, and did excellent work. We might have negotiated a better price and pursued competing offers, but given the "emergency" nature of the problem we went with JSP.
