"From the beginning of the job to the end, I was very happy with Dry-At-Last. Out of the four companies that came for the inspection of the crawlspace, Steve (the owner) was the only one who found an issue with the wall in the basement. The drainage system was extended, and now everything is bone dry. The workers were polite, hard working, and respectful."

The price was reasonable (relative to others we contacted), and the sales call was friendly without the high-pressure nonsense of some other waterproofers (*cough*midatlantic*cough*)." The company was prompt, responsive, and friendly. Mike even came out on a weekend for the estimate. The night before the installation, we had heavy rain and water appeared in a section of the basement it had never been before, so the plans were changed the morning of the work with no issues.
