"I called Nick, on a hunch from wife, and he showed up as planned, and even offered to do the work right then. I bought a faucet for him to install, but it wasnâ  t the right size, but Nick had one on his truck that looked good and he installed it right then. We had another problem with the faucet in the kitchen, that was leaking, and I purchased some time ago from Home Depot, he couldnâ  t repair it do to some inferior parts on that faucet, so I purchased another faucet from Nick, and had that installed, as well. Job was completed and he takes pride in his work, cleaned up and went on his way! Now thatâ  s how a job should be done, on time, neat, and professional from beginning to end, Would recommend him to anyone. Thatâ  s my new plumber , For Sure !"

They came, assessed the situation, had all the parts they needed. Went and got me a replacement water heater and installed it. They cleaned up the water and were very polite and thorough. "Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

"In April 2026, our broken cast iron pipe needed to be replaced, but we didn’t know how extensive the repair would be. From Angi's referrals, we called Full Swing Plumbing who arranged for Nick, one of their plumbers, to come to our house that same afternoon. Full Swing waived the dispatch fee. Nick used his endoscope camera to see the extent of the problem. (They had a coupon on their site which offered this one-time, free service.) After a couple hours, they were able to identify the problem, present a few solutions, as well as a final estimate before they left that day. We agreed on the approach and set a date for the following week. Nick and his co-worker were friendly, deeply knowledgeable, and hard-working. They communicated well, taking photos for us throughout the process. They cleaned up everywhere, completed the job in one day, and they kept to their price.
