I am stunned by the professionalism, honesty and transparency, the depth of their skill and knowledge, and the downright far more than reasonable charge for their service. It took me weeks until I got to Jeff and HWHIAH, so many people gave me the runaround, not following through even on a quote, suggesting absurd costs like $3K+ for labor. Why's it so hard to find someone honest, dependable, professional, and competent these days? "They did a great job and were extremely easy to work with. Mike was very flexible and helpful with our particular situation as it was not super easy install. The cost was a little high, but what plumber isn't. They did install the cartridge a little too close to the wall so as to make it difficult to fit the turning mechanism over the cap, though all things considered it is a minor issue. Overall, I was very pleased and would certainly recommend them."

The installation took a little longer than expected due to use of an inexperienced helper, but eventually it appeared to be a quality installation. They met my requests for minor modifications/enhancements to allow easier maintenance. Workers wore masks at all times, used drop cloths along walking paths and shoe covers, so the job was kept clean. Took time to explain system, installation and maintenance points. Were honest about risk of condensate pipe freeze-up and potential remedies, and "orphaned" water heater. Overall, quite satisfied with the equipment and installation. Awaiting finalization of punch list paperwork items."
