"Experienced and expeditiously.remedied a replacement of a hot water heater. Very professional."

"It went very well. Ross and crew showed up early and did a major repair to all the main bathroom fixtures where a leak was discovered behind the bathtub wall. The work was done in half a day with minimal disruption to the bathroom itself. There was less tearing up than expected and water pressure restoration was a bonus. I would DEFINITELY call this crew again for major plumbing repairs! KUDOS to you and your crew Ross!!"

"Steve was our 3rd estimate and the 1st one who walked in an explained that with the specifics of our home a tankless water heater wasn't the answer. Even though the tank water heater was a less expensive job, he chose what would be best for us over what was best for his bottom line."

"A few weeks ago our gas hot water heater died. We had never used Valdel Plumbing before but were extremely impressed with the entire experience. We found them on Angie's list as being highly rated and there's a reason for it. We called them at 7:30 in the morning and by 11:30 AM had hot water and that's not exaggerating! Their specialist, Steve Ault was awesome and very knowledgeable. He quickly got to work dismantling the old unit. He even had a new heater and all the parts on his truck so there wasn't even a delay in waiting for parts or a new heater to be delivered. He also installed a drip pan, a pressure regulator and re-routed some of the exhaust piping for better venting. The price they charged seemed to be in line with the work performed. Obviously, based on our first time experience, we'd highly recommend Valdel and Steve for any residential plumbing work. Thanks Valdel!"

"Doug arrived right away and was so helpful. Job was done in no time. Would highly recommend and will call again for any plumbing issues in the future!"

"Got an estimate for new water heater and installed the same day. Billy and his apprentice were professional and did a great job. The price was very good and I feel they really wanted to make sure we were happy with them. Would use again- thank you!"

"They are very professional and efficient. They respected my property and did a very good job installing quality water heater. Price charge is fair compared to others. Financing is great, too, with no finance charge if paid in 12 months. I'm very happy with the persons who did the work."

"Bryan serviced our heater, he also told me about the condition of our heater. What it would take to repair it & that the age of the unit would make it too costly to repair. We appreciate your quality work & your advise, thank you."

"The company called and scheduled a technician to come within 3 days, which met my needs. Technician PJ came as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, went and purchased the parts and had everything repaired in just a few hours. When he left, it looked like he'd never been here - just what i wanted!"
