"I hired this company while overseas in Europe, but my mother lives at the property that the gutters, downspouts, and guards were installed. My experience was either through the phone or email so I needed to rely on my mother and my brother for my evaluation. First off, my email experience with the owner Bill M. was relatively pleasant. I needed to call several times which I expected to clarify a few things. Bill came out at first to inspect, evaluate and quote the job. He knocked on the door, was very professional, courteous and asked permission to walk around the house to evaluate. I received the formal quote via email. I felt the quote was a little high and was not broken down but was not too concerned considering the commercial type upgrade I was getting (5" to 6"). His crew worked on Sunday to my surprise to complete the job which I did not expect. My mother could not say enough good things about the company crew of young men. They were kind, considerate, answered any questions when asked, cleaned up after themselves and did a professional job. This I was very pleased about. I will see what was done in December when I return and will re-evaluate then. 7/11/17 - I reduced my ratings due to most recent events. Gutter(s) in the front are leaking / overflowing and downspouts in the back from the upper level that drain into the lower lever gutters are too high and overshooting the gutter. Had some difficulties but the issues were finally resolved but what I found funny was that they don't send their guys out in the rain."
