"I hired Luzerne Renovations to replace old wood paneling walls and an old drop in grid style ceiling with drywall. A ceiling light/fan was also installed. I am very happy with the work that was done! Chris was very professional and maintained great communication each step of the way. I was given options to pick from during the estimate process, which I greatly appreciated. And then when I wasnâ t available to be there when they finished, he texted me photos so I could see the final product. The attention to detail was fantastic. They thoroughly cleaned up each day. When they installed the drywall, they also made sure to position the outlets in much better spots (from right at floor level to ~1 foot above the floor). The room looks a million times better! Overall, I highly recommend Luzerne Renovations and am planning to hire them again in the future."

"Project went very well. Deck stairs were warped for years and did not have supports. Yazrayz used a jack to raise stairs and added posts to straighten. They also straightened the rails after 13 years of use. Job took 1.5 days. YasRayz also framed my attic access very nicely and cleaned up areas afterwards. They know their craft well.
