We then researched online and found Steve's oil burner service's, who were highly recommend. We called them and Steve came to see us the very next day. On inspection of the oil burner Steve recommend us to replace it with a new one.The existing was over 30 years old and had seen its days.Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the oil burner with a new efficient one. The job was well handled and they also made sure to clean up after completing the work. We will definitely be using their services again."

"I've known Bob Walter, our plumber ever since we bought our summer home in the Pocono mountains, PA, 15 years ago.  We keep using him, because he has always been reliable and efficiently corrects whatever problem we have. Normally, we ask him to help when we close up our Pocono home at the end of December and he evacuates the water from all pipes so we can turn off the heat without experiencing water freezing problems (This past year, neighbors tell us the temperature stayed in single digits for almost two weeks straight)  In the summer, when we escape Florida's heat, he comes over to reconnect the fittings and makes sure everything works right. 
Through the years, he has performed many small repairs as well, as today, when he diagnosed a problem with our garage hose bib, and replaced a broken shutoff valve.

They did not follow up with the additional drainage installation project, which they quoted and had scheduled for installation.

"I needed my hot water heater replaced. I had rusty water for 3wks. I called 2 plumbers who basically blew me off, 1 that wouldn't come out till I knew the size of the tank and if it was electric or gas(I have no clue about those things) and nobody would do the work on a weekend, I can not miss work. I searched Angie's List and they recommended Safeway Heating. I called on a Friday late afternoon. I explained to the lady I knew nothing about size or anything just that it needed to be replaced and my work schedule. She totally understood and was so nice. The guys were at my house within an hour! The work was done the next day on a SATURDAY! I now have clean and clear water and didn't have to miss work. Lou and Larry even cleaned the one section of my basement and had all the trash bagged up for me. I'm impressed. These guys know what their doing. Explained everything in detail and customer service is 100%. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. I will be using Safeway if I run into any other problems.
