"I contacted Dennis through the information provided on Angie's List. We agreed upon a day and time he would come and look at the job. On the morning of the day he was to come he called and said he was running behind schedule. He offered to reschedule to another day or if it was ok he would come later than the time agreed upon. I appreciated the phone call, When he arrived I showed him the area that I still needed to be painted and the room I wanted to have crown molding installed, I was also wanting to redo or spruce up my hardwood floors but since I was on a strict budget, I would like and estimate for the priority job of the crown molding and painting and then also an estimate for the hardwood floors. He said he would get back to me . He called back about a week later with an estimate for the job including the floors. I was not able to afford that so asked for the estimate without the floors. He called back about a week after that with an estimate for the job. We agreed on the price. He also was upfront that he had some jobs ahead of me and could not guarantee that it could be done before Thanksgiving which is what my goal was to have the work finished. He said he would try but there was no guarantee. He called early November to say he had some free time and could come and at least get the painting done. He showed when he said he would and the painting was done well. The following week he called and said that the job he was currently working on, he was waiting on some supplies and would be able to come and do the crown molding. Again he showed up and the job was completed. I am pleased with the end result. Dennis did an excellent job in a timely manner. <br />"
