"The tile in the kitchen of the 1917 house we just bought is very unique....300 sq ft of a smoky blue 4x4 tile. Most people who see it for the first time say â I love that tileâ . And I do too, However, the grout was dirty, chipped, and very poorly repaired by previous owners and we seriously considered having that tile removed in favor of a different flooring. So glad we didnâ t do that. We hired Columbia Tile and Grout to clean and repair the grout and now it looks great. Christopher did a meticulous job of cleaning, repairing, staining and sealing the grout on our kitchen floor.
