"Sometimes, when a big-ticket item needs to be purchased for your home, there’s a fear of hiring the wrong people for the job. That was not the case with AFS. My salesperson, Brian, didn’t talk over my head. He’s a good ol' boy and a real one at that, which means a lot to me. He explained everything in layman's terms, which I appreciated since I don’t know much about houses or repairs. This is my first home, and I’m 40 years old. When my floors started to show moisture, swell, and buckle, I was completely lost. Brian explained the science behind everything clearly. He didn’t talk down to me, try to oversell, scare, or pressure me. With over 15 years of experience as a salesperson myself, I can tell the difference. Brian didn’t sell me; he gave me options, asked questions, provided information, and allowed me to make a decision on my own time. He was courteous, punctual, and professional. Secondly, the installation process was fantastic. My installers—Josh, Lewis, and Cameron—were excellent. They showed me everything and explained each step. They were courteous and spoke to me with respect. I really love this company and will recommend their business to everyone I meet. I feel to the need to let anyone who reads this post know. The customer service that AFS provided was on par with Costco and Chick-fil-A. If you have ever been to these places, you know the feeling like the person your speaking to actually cares about your needs that is this company. With that being said it is my opinion that the top three companies with the best customer service are as followed AFS, Costco and Chick-fil-A they are in A League of Their Own. "Great company! Fantastic crew! Good morals! Impressive work ethic! Very clean, efficient, and timely! Had some cracking in my bicks and I was concerned none the less. I called 4 different foundation repair companies and I was immediately sold on Apex! There not the cheapest but to my personal experience they are absolutely the best. "Three men arrived(owner, apprentice, & electrician) promptly at 8:30. Two set about changing fan, one in attic & one in bathroom. Brian(owner), was present and changed switch on ceiling fan. It took about 1 1/2 hours total from start to finish. I,ve used them before for wiring changes with great results."

"<p>We have a water pump which had not been serviced for the past 20 years.  We did not even know that that had to be done.  Once we started to have problems, (i.e. inconsistent pressure in house and practically zero pressure with our sprinkler system) the gentleman who came to work on our sprinkler system suggested that we have the pump system checked first to see if this might be a contributory factor to the poor performance of the sprinkler.  Called Mr. Norman Alms and after a few tries at coordinating our schedules, we agreed on this morning, between 08:00 AM and 08:30 AM.  Norman arrived as he has indicated with his helper.  I assumed that he would be giving us an estimate of cost and amount of work needed.  Instead, he came prepared with all possible parts to remedy the problem.  However, he did not just go ahead and repair the problem but rather assessed the situation and then offered us the opportunity of fixing the issues right at this time or scheduling the repair for another day.  Naturally we opted for the former and it was not long before we were "back in business."  Norman had tested the pressure in the sprinkler system before the repair and then followed up with a test after the repair was completed.  The difference pre and post was remarkable.  And in house pressure also fell in that remarkable category.  It makes me wonder whether other sprinkler problems might not be related to the water pump and much time is wasted trying to ferret out nonexistent sprinkler problems.  Live and learn!</p> <p>I can only add that Norman and his helper are most punctual, most professional and very willing to educate you about how to maintain your pump system.  You only need ask.  And another plus, Norman almost always answers his phone.  You do not waste time playing phone tag.  He runs his business most efficiently and you benefit from his expertise.  I would recommend highly!</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
