I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. Plus, their quote was still a bit cheaper than other well known national brands that offer similar service. Highly recommend Renken!"

"The remodel project exceeded our expectations. It is a small bathroom and we took out the tub and installed a walk in shower with Corian walls, floor and custom Corian sink and tiled the floor, installed a wall with glass panel instead of glass doors, with a rain shower fixture. It is beautiful and were extremely pleased with the workmanship from Keedysville Construction. We would hire them again. Robbie is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Also Kevin was great."

Overall, we experienced a lack of attention to detail and a lack of responsiveness that allowed for lapses in quality and mistakes in construction. The workmanship is merely adequate. We do not recommend VKB."

Our adult kids were in the house, but during the project we received daily photos of the work accomplished that day with dialogue to explain. Andrew did a great job explaining the details of the project to me and communicating with me about the project expectations and goals. Additionally, along with his team, Andrew rerouted plumbing and electrical, placed tile on walls and floors, installed a custom shower pan, they installed a brand new free standing bath tub, and made sure everything was done properly and to last. They went above and beyond when they used the remainder of the tile to perfectly craft the floor molding to seamlessly flow with the tile on the floor and walls. Overall, I would definitely recommend Andrew for any of your home renovation needs as he is very well rounded in this trade. I can’t wait to book him for our next bathroom remodel!"

"Excellent work completed on time! We had a leak from the tub that had been building up for years. We had to completely gut the bathroom, replace framing, subflooring, etc. We worked with Francisco picking everything out (tile, vanity, tub, toilet, mirror, lighting, etc). There was absolutely no pressure to "go-big" so I easily stayed within our budget. I also very much enjoyed the flexibility of using my credit card to purchase items, it made it easier to track everything. We will be working with Home Breakthrough again to renovate a second bathroom!"
