"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "The water heater repair was $400 and they wanted to charge us the $300 for the bathroom leak, but we told them it was ridiculous because the guy was only here for 5 minutes. They ended up crediting us some money back so they handled that really well. Less than 2 days later the water heater broke. They did not send out the same guy. They guy they sent out was really great, he walked us through every minute and dime he spent. He told us not to worry and that we were getting our money's worth. We've used them many times over the last 7 years. Once it was Christmas Eve and the hot water heater was having problems and they came out and repaired it for free. Then there was another time that I needd a $6,000 repair and I didn't have time to get estimates, but I trusted their work. "This is a small company. The wife answers the phone and makes appointments. She was very prompt in returning my call, friendly and professional. On the day of the appointment she texted me when he was on his way so I would know when to expect him. I never know what to expect when someone shows up at my door. One time I hired someone who just stood there staring at me when I opened the door and I had to ask if he was who I assumed he was. Not Mr. Utor. He was clean and professional, introduced himself and handed me his card. He immediately picked up on my bare feet and kicked his shoes off before he stepped inside, which always makes me and my light carpet happy. The repair went smoothly, he had a well equipped vehicle and didn't have to run to the store to get parts like some of the folks I've hired. He asked me about my air filter and took a look at it just to make sure. I'm pretty good about changing it but when he pulled it out it did indeed need to be replaced.
