"Sam at Lakes Region HVAC was very attentive and professional. The heat pump installation was reasonably priced and completed quickly. Thanks, Sam!"

"I had a heat pump system installed this week with 3 heads. Despite bad weather, they arrived on time and installed the system. They were very good at answering questions and respectful of our property. I would recommend them and I have already. Alan"

"Josh installed a new water heater, provided us with instructions on proper use and maintenance and has serviced it since. He is honest, thorough, and trustworthy. He also maintains my dad’s HVAC needs too. He has come out for emergency calls too. Suggest things to prevent future additional repair expenses. His prices are reasonable, especially for the personal, friendly customer service and service provided. I would highly recommend Northwoods HVAC."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Good in quality, professional work"

"It exceeded my expectations. The initial consultation really assured me that I was getting exactly what I needed and nothing more. The installers were very knowledgeable. I was also very impressed with how well they explained the preventative maintenance agreement on the unit. It gave me peace of mind, which is priceless in terms of the value of the job. Overall it was a great experience."
