"Newly retired, I am planning camping excursions around the country, and Dean and his employee, Chris agreed to a unique project of creating a wooden sleeping platform in the emptied rear section of my Honda CRV. I found similiar projects online but lacked the expertise to do it myself. Dean took the time to work with me beforehand by viewing photos and articles I sent him and then used as a protype. He later modified it to work with my vehicle. He answered all my calls and emails promptly, his bid was fair, and he arrived exactly at the time promised. He and Chris worked quickly and efficiently and asked for my input and approval throughout the process. In a few hours they  built a sturdy and safe platform with two hinged sections that allow for ample storage underneath, and when closed, a top surface to place an overlay mattress for sleeping. They also meticulously cleaned the work area once they were done. I was so impressed with Dean, I asked for an estimate on replacing rotting wooden siding on my home that I plan to do in the future. He again promptly sent a fair bid. I am very happy to have found a skilled professional I can rely on for future projects. <br />"

She was barely off the phone when we received a call from Joe Green saying he and his crew were on their way. We were concerned that we were going too fast with a company we knew nothing about. I sit here on February 11th with the final day of flooring replacement scheduled for tomorrow. Oh yea Joe Green, the Dry Me Out Project Manager, stopped by an hour ago to check on how things were going. "A P Construction and Development completed a beach condominium remodel for me. Their communication, punctuality, quality, and professionalism were extraordinary. I couldn't be more pleased with their work which included new trim, flooring, painting, removal of a very large wall mirror, minor drywall repair, door replacements, and more. After discussing the scope of work, Chris provided a very timely and fair bid. Originally, completion was projected to take 4 weeks from start to finish. Chris started the demolition on a Saturday, which was the first day that the condo was available. The team worked steadily and on the weekends and had everything completed in just 3 weeks which was one week early. A P Construction and Development kept me continually in the loop regarding how the project was progressing. Chris would call and update me every few days. Also, he always responded quickly to my text messages if i had a question. He was very punctual with phone calls, text messages, and appointments. The quality of their work was exceptional. Chris and Anton are both experienced craftsmen. Everything was expertly completed. On the last day, Chris was waiting on a final trim piece to finish the project. While he was waiting, he helped me remove old furniture and even hang mirrors and pictures. In summary, A and P went above and beyond to make sure our renovation went smoothly and that we were happy with the results. They are not only great contractors but good people to work with.
