"Matthew and his team did a fantastic job at all stages of the project.  Once they started the project, the deck was completed quickly.  The workers were friendly, and they did a good job cleaning up after completion.  They uncovered a few unexpected problems: a little bit of rotting wood that was revealed after removing the old deck, and potential water problems associated with poor downspout placement when the old deck was put in.  In both cases they came up with good solutions.  The deck itself looks great, and we have already hired Iowa Home Consulting for additional projects. <br />"
