He replaced both the indoor and outdoor units, vacuumed down the lines and made sure the new system was running perfectly. "I recently contacted Sucoy for a second opinion regarding heater problem at my residence. A well known competitor's diagnosis was a "bad control board" that was no longer available and the heater unit had to be replaced at a minimum cost of $3500. The technician, Matt, confirmed the control board problem AND replaced it with a new one for $440 saving me over $3000!"

"I recommend them without reservation. It wasn't cheap but when you're trying to get 3 kids, 2 adults and all the accompanying luggage to the airport, you don't want to be uncertain about when/if your transportation is going to show up and if all your stuff will fit. Lisa's came half an hour early and it was a HUGE SUV that easily fit all our stuff. It was also immaculate and the driver professional and helpful.
When we returned, the driver was waiting for us at the airport with the big, clean car and just as helpful and professional as the first time. Excellent experience.

"as convenient for me. I have a maintenance contract with Valpo and the service was free, as part of the contract. Also part of the contract is a discount on other services, like when my heat went out last winter. They came on short notice and fixed my heat when it was really cold outside. The receptionist is very organized. She was the one who called me to remind me that my service was due and then she scheduled it at my convenience.
