When Moe and John arrived we reviewed the job and discussed the coupon that was offered as part of the service. When I learned that there were issues because of the "fine print" details of the job, I was ready to end the conversation and move on to the plumbing company. However, they were quick to honor the spirit of the coupon, gave me a fair price (though it was a little more than I initially wanted to spend - the job was more involved than I first thought) and even went with me to Home Depot to provide hands on recommendations regarding the replacement faucet. I paid for the faucet myself, so there was no mark up on the price and they installed it immediately; checking for leaks throughout the process to make sure there were no issues. They did maintenance on the water heater but it was useless. They signed me up for this monthly program to get the discount but essentially, the service that they provided for this monthly fee is kind of useless. So I advise to whoever is going to sign up for the program, cancel it because it's useless."

He kept the work area clean and cleaned up. The only downside, albeit a small one, was his assistant, who was his wife, and was constantly chatting with him about unrelated matters. It did not affect the job quality (though perhaps the time it took). Overall very satisfied and would hire him again."
