And, was able to start quickly. Final project had an integral bench, railings, and lights. Project was complete in five days. Looks beautiful. In an old work space above a 3-car garage they installed an apartment including a living room, bed room, kitchen, bath room and closet. In the second building they renovated two rooms into living areas.
