In an old work space above a 3-car garage they installed an apartment including a living room, bed room, kitchen, bath room and closet. In the second building they renovated two rooms into living areas. In both buildings, the results were essentially PERFECT, beautiful in every detail from the stucco and painting, the trim work, door installations, addition of a split AC system, wiring, and plumbing. The workers were actually craftsmen and gentlemen. My wife and I have been around construction all of our lives and have witnessed the horrors of fighting builders and their subs. They started the day after we signed our contract. We were renovating our ~ 1500 sq/ft home and had to do our roof in 2 phases. Frank was very understanding and accommodated our needs. Ron and Chase performed the work. They were punctual, clean, and completed the job weeks before the contract ended. The workmanship of Ron and Chase is by far - exceptional. "JC Drywall did an amazing job for us. No project ever goes perfectly, you change your mind, have to make certain adjustments, things take longer than anticipated, etc. Juan and his crew were always professional, showed up in time every day, stayed late when they had to to get the job done. This was not an easy design with new wall framing, existing wall knockouts, interior view windows, and smooth texture finish. The results exceeded our expectations. Best of all he stood by the quality of their work. Highly recommend them for your renovation projects, you won’t be disappointed."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"Lake Property Services came to our home the same day we called and were there on time. We appreciated that very much. They were courteous, kind and helpful. We needed to freshen up and update our entire home. We had all carpet removed and replaced with tile. We also had to remove old shower tiles and replace with new. We had them replace ALL outlets and lighting fixtures. They sanded and painted our kitchen cabinets and put new hardware on. Also painted all the rooms, doors and moldings inside home and painted outside as well. We had to repair and replace drywall in 3 rooms. They power  washed the entire outside of home before painting as well as the driveway, sidewalk and deck in back. We had them trim our trees and bushes and plant flowers and lay mulch. They even cleaned out our gutters!! I would absolutely 100% recommend them for any future projects. We even told our neighbors to use Lake Property Services!!!!

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
