"Took us four days to get an appointment for Total Comfort to fix our air conditioning unit in this incredible heat of an average of 88 - 93 per day. Finally very excited when they told us this morning (saturday) that a technician would be here between two and four pm. Technician never showed up! I called 3 times requesting an update as to when the technician would arrive?and never even had the courtesy of a return phone call! If you call after hours, it goes to a call center somewhere in the United States! I called another company, 1 Hour AirConditioning in Daytona Beach, Fl. and they will be here tomorrow. "It did not go well. The tech arrived and proceeded to use the camera to diagnose the problem. He never called and have me a price estimate to do that. He told my tenant that I had broken pipes under the house. When I called Meeks and asked for the footage so that I could possibly do a trenchless repair and not year up my floor they said that he did not make a record because no one requested it. I called for a stopped up toilet. A salesman named Scott did not return my calls for two days to tell me that there was no footage from the camera. They never sent me an itemized bill. "We had toilets both stopped up on a Sunday. We called Service Plumbing and the technician came same day! I was very happy. I have a 6 person family household. The technician called and let us know that he was on his way. He was punctu. He came out and assessed our clog, found the problem, and unclogged our drains from the outside. Not only did he do that VERY QUICKLY, he checked our septic tank and SHOWED us where the whole problem was. He could've unclogged the drains, collected, and left. But he knew that we needed more than just to bust a clog.. Not on the technician, but management was professional as well. I strongly recommend. This is an honest company with great prices. Call around and find out for yourself. But don't say I didn't tell you so."
