"Family Shutters owner Rene arrived at my home the next day after my initial contact to Family Shutters. Family Shutters made & installed a new accordion shutter to cover a glass block area at my house entrance in a timely manner. This new shutter secured me an A3 rating for my new Homeowners policy with AAA. I also hired Family Shutters to replace my old locks on all my accordion house shutters.Also they serviced my shutters to ensure I am ready for next hurricane season. Rene’s company workers completed my requests promptly in caring respectful manner."

"I hired them to check out my shutters to make sure they were hurricane Helene ready. Unlike other companies I had investigated, they refused to give me a price saying that they needed to assess the situation first. The others gave me a base price based on the number of windows times $20/window. But they indicated it could be more based on what they had to do, Clearly this seemed like a blind item one way or another so I selected Suncoast for the most illogical reason....they had the number 513 in their phone number....this has been a lucky number for me forever. Anyway, Alex and Diego came and they were very pleasant, gave me an assessment, to which I agreed, and did the work just in time before it started to pour. All and all, I'm glad to be able to face the rest of the hurricane season in Florida without having to worry about having my shutters taken care of. Incidentally , Holly in the office is also wonderful. Now that Helene won't come here, except for rain and wind, I'm much more relaxed."
