I received a call immediately from Mr. Martinez about doing the repair. He was able to do it the same day (which is exactly what I wanted). He arrived when he said he would, assessed the situation and called me with a quote that was more than fair. I also threw in a screen repair while he was there and he wasn't fazed at all by adding that to the job. The job on the door was more complicated then he had originally thought-rotting parts- and it required more time. He aligned an exterior balcony door that wouldn't close and lock properly. He fixed a closet door that was falling out of the railings. He caulked around the kitchen. He cleaned grout in the shower and cleaned surrounding drywall near shower door. All together he charged $135. I recommend him and will call him again in the future."
