"I am VERY pleased with the work performed - the job was completed 8 days before Hurricane Irma struck and we had NO leaks from the storm !!! Steve M and his crew were very professional and quite dedicated as he came by on multiple days to remove standing puddles to dry the surface prior to sealant application while awaiting a day dry enough to complete the job. The wood fascia replacement required was more extensive than I had anticipated and all wood repair was done skillfully. Once a dry day arrived, Steve completed the sealing job and just in time as the hurricane came through the following week. I doubt there is a better test of a roof sealing job than we experienced from hours of tropical wind-driven rain squalls, but we had nary a drop of leakage. Many, many thanks go out to Steve and the crew at Advantage Roofing and Inspection. Highly recommended!"

Mike came out to give us an estimate and, after talking with him, we felt so good about his knowledge and expertise that we agreed on the spot to accept the estimate and get the work done. Just a few days later we received a call that they were ready to start. We had two valleys and a spot above a window repaired. Kevin and Don were amazing. It was 90 degrees on the ground, so I can't imagine what the temp was on the roof. They removed the tiles carefully so as to reuse them and took great care to clean up any debris. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very cordial and friendly. We were very impressed with their skills and work ethic. "Based on Angie's List reviews we requested a quote from ASP in April. Ulises came to the house the next day. Originally we were looking to replace just 9 windows since we had shutters already for the other windows. Ulises gave us a quote for all 13 windows suggesting that the impact windows also offer security protection as well as storm protection. We accepted the quote which seemed in line with others and a few days later they came out to do detailed measurements so they could order the windows. We put down 50% of the amount as a deposit. Over the next couple months, the ASP office kept us informed of the status. Because of persistent rains, the installation was delayed a couple times but was finally scheduled for the beginning of August. They began installation on a Thursday and finished the next day. The installers were meticulous about covering furniture and cleaning up both days. Three of the windows were originally glass block and we were expecting some damage to the surrounding window area as they were being removed, but all three came out perfectly. Although there was still a good bit of dust in the rooms, we had expected that as with any type of construction project. The next week the county inspector came, and the installers completed installing the small inspection panels that had been left off for the inspector. I would not hesitate to recommend ASP and would use them again, They were honest, reliable, professional and meticulous in their work."
