"First of all, they charged me $250. The material they used cost about $15. The remaining amount they charged was for labor. I knew they were talking advantage of a senior citizen, but I was in a bind to have it fixed immediately. After the worker left, I noticed that the toilet was still leaking. I called the company and they sent out 2 men,. The workers told me that the toilet is not leaking and left my home. I called the company back again after noticing the toilet was still leaking. They sent out the original worker and he told me that the leak was from the toilet handle. Ironically, it was never mentioned before by any of the workers. When I told him to tighten the nut, he said that would be an additional charge and refused to do it. I told him to leave and I would take it up with the supervisor. I tightened the nut myself."
