"Truly excellent service!!! Had our pool pump serviced and drainage valve replaced. Easy to make an appointment, came on time, ready to do the work, and completed the job quickly at a very fair price. Will definitely use them again!"

"Charged more than your site stated. We were unable to use pool for days because of excessive chlorinating. Broke plug on pool and when confronted, were unable to replace. I bought another on Amazon. Hired another company."

"It was a fabulous experience. We had it done for my daughter’s 7 birthday and boy was she surprised. She would swim and yell best birthday ever!!!!! The service and installation were stellar. I would recommend them to any one who needs a pool heater or any other type of service which they provide. They were professional on time, courteous and very efficient. Two thumbs up for their quality service and making my little girl’s day so special!!"

"The job went very well, all the work done as promised on time. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again when I have any swimming pool needs."

"Richard sent his installer and he did a great job! I got a new Pentair variable speed pump and it works like a dream. Clean connections, expert installation, thoughtful and professional service. Richard is my go to pool guy. He did a total remodel for me 2 years ago and I recommend him for your pool project."

"As in the past, Rick reviewed the options and costs. Replacement was clearly the right choice and the new controls are a major tech upgrade and much easier to read and use. Pricing was very fair and appropriate. We are very pleased with our long-standing relationship with Parkway Pools and would recommend them with no reservation. Our weekly pool maintenance by Edward is excellent."

"All repairs were done exactly as quoted and in a timely manner. SoFlo comes once a week to clean my pool. Water quality is maintained and all leaves are removed ( I have a lot of trees that drop leaves onto the pool) I always get a reminder before they come , and a report with a photo of my cleaned pool the day of the service. Best pool company I’ve ever had!"

"Very happy with the service. Extremely knowledgeable crew, explained what they were doing in detail. It's been a few months and couldn't be happier. They removed our tank water heater and replaced it with a tankless outside. No other vendor told me they could put the water heater outside. A HUGE space saver."

"We had a leak in our pool of unknown origin. They did an outstanding job, very professional and good communication. This was not an easy task, they had to wear wetsuits and investigate several possible scenarios, use dye and ultimately an air blower machine to finally get to the root cause, one of the intake or outtake pipes was busted near the pool. This required removing bricks manually digging around the affected area, fixing the pipe, and meticulously replacing the bricks. They let us know the cost and that the consult fee would go toward the total cost. All done on the same day since they did not have a later afternoon appointment. No more leaks!"
