When Dave showed up at the house, he was like a friendly neighborhood dad—very down‑to‑earth and easy to talk to. The wiring is so neatly done that even the town inspector who came to sign off on the permit was impressed. I’m planning to move next year, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for the new place. Their price was very fair and actually cheaper than several other companies I checked with, and everything about the experience felt honest. Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. Also a professional with patience to explain things. And then Ryan (install manager) rounds back at the end of the day to ensure that all is well. Great job Pipe Works Services!"
