He sent pictures so I could see the condition of her original roof and then he sent pictures after he had installed the roof. The pictures of the roof look fantastic and I would recommend Samuel to all of my friends and family. His work ethic, knowledge, skill sets its worth every penny. Also, I did like the fact that he was licensed, bonded, and guaranteed his work. His professionalism was up to standard and he provided a contract to us with his signature to keep for our records. "I normally do all renovations on my own for cost & OCD reasons, but had to hire out a few jobs as a moving deadline was coming up. If I had known about Vacslav years ago, I would have hired all my tile jobs out to him. I'm happy when I get tile cuts to ~1/16", but Vacslav's were to about 1/32"...in other words, the quality was better than I expected (he worked every last detail), in about half the time it would have taken me, and at a fair price. Additionally, Vacslav was a pleasure to work with - he was very responsive (really unusual in our area), always on time, worked full days, and understood exactly what I wanted...couldn't be happier with the process & outcome"

He was flexible in scheduling. We provided all materials (except self-leveling compound). He provided tools and labor."
