"Let me start by saying, from beginning to end, all the employees at Jack C Wilson are very professional, courteous and very good at what they do. Chris Voss wrote our estimate and answered all our questions. He gave us several options on materials and an extended warranty. He was very easy to work with and helped us on some special requests and changes we needed to make. He gave us his cell number and said to call if we had any additional questions or concerns. The crew was onsite at 7 AM and immediately began site preparation which included covering our plants and shrubs and shielding our heat pump and pool equipment. The removal of the old roof and installation of the new went exactly as expected with no surprises. They were careful and didn’t damage any of our landscape. Before they left that evening, the new roof had been completed. The crew worked very hard and stayed focused. They picked up all the trash and nails leaving little to be done the following day. The crew came back bright and early the next day to complete all clean up and remove all leftover materials. The chimney chase received new Hardee board siding, chimney cap and paint to match our trim. The carpenter’s work on the chimney chase was first rate and much better than the original. We were very pleased with the entire process. The work was exceptional down to the smallest detail. The entire process was conducted with professionalism and attention to detail. The materials and workmanship were top notch. The customer service at Jack C Wilson Roofing is second to none. We highly recommend them and give them a 5-star rating!!!"

When I called this company, Chris was the person I spoke with and after he came out to price the job, I knew we would do business with this company. We were advised of what would be done, the cost, how long it would take and guaranteed us that when the job was finished we would be happy. He answered any questions or concerns that we might have and when there were problems, Chris came out (I know over 8 times) to make sure that we understood what needed to be done to take care of the situation. How many companies have you done business with where the owner comes out to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction (4 times). Randy & Gary, who did the actual work, were the most conscientious wonderful people we have ever been involved with. They really know their stuff and care about making sure the customer is totally satisfied. When they ran into a problem, we were shown the problem and told what needed to be done to take care of it and then Chris was called, and he came out to advise us of what it would entail to resolve the situation. They always did what they told us they were going to do. Also, they were very prompt and treated us with the utmost respect. The painters this company uses does a good job too. After the job was completed, the owner and Chris came out to do a walk-around to make sure that we were pleased with the work done and we were. As my husband will tell you, I am not an easy person to please (a perfectionist) and have problems trusting companies, since we were taken advantage of by other companies who made promises that were not kept, but this company made me feel at ease and assured me that I would be totally satisfied when the job was completed. The main thing we like about this company, is that they have been in business for a long time, plan to be here and we know if anything goes wrong, they will take care of the problem. You have to trust a company you do business with and it is hard this day and time to find an honest company, but this certainly is one. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done. A wonderful company and a wonderful bunch of people to work with."

"We solicited three estimates for having our roof replaced. We selected Universal Roof & Contracting. Their estimator, Sean, evaluated our project and presented the facts to us in a very understandable manner. His cost estimates were right on point. The start date was established though Daniel and all further communications were though him. The shingles were delivered as agreed and positioned on the roof. Project manager Stefan and his crew arrived on the scheduled date and went right to work. By noon all that needed to be removed was completed. All new material was installed efficiently and correctly that afternoon. Cleanup was done satisfactorily and the crew left for the day. Second payment was made and receipt obtained. Credit was given for unused materials on the final invoice. Payment was made and final receipt obtained. All were honest, professional and courteous at all times. We highly recommend this company for roof replacement."
