She was able to respond through phone calls or emails to get confirmation and setup appointments for quote and installation. I asked for a recommended setup for my home as I didn't want to do the whole house if it was not recommended. He gave me his opinion on the gutters locations even with the color preference while also providing me with a great deal of knowledge on how to compare their services with others to ensure that I felt comfortable proceeding with them.
