"Great service! I noticed my sump pump wasn’t working while I was recovering from surgery. I needed someone out fast on a rainy day to replace it for me. "The first place we called charged $370 and spent 15 minutes replacing a part he thought was the fix. It wasn't. He spent more time trying to sell us a new furnace. We called Bow Heating, and Bill came out and spent a good deal of time troubleshooting the issue. He figured it out, and went above and beyond repairing it. And charged less than the first guy who didn't fix it. Great job."
