The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low. "I had Statwide add a roof over my U shaped home patio. When the guttering was being installed I mentioned it was way too small. It would not catch water. Sure enough the existing gutter creates a waterfall. Literally a down pouring waterfall. I have been communicating with the Supervisor. I'm told installer will be out to patch up a gutter connection. Connection definately will not fix the problem. I have videos of the waterfall. No one comes out to fix the problem I will attempt to post the video here."
